HTSNPedia is an open access resource that collectively comprises the nature of SNPs predicted using various in silico tools associated with hypertensive drug targets such as Angiotensin Type 1 receptor (AT1R), Angiotensin Type 2 receptor (AT2R), Bradykinin receptor 2 (B2R), Endothelin receptors type A (ETAR), and Mas receptor (MasR) and also the pharmacogenomics of hypertension treatment. This database compiles data from literature and primary databases, focusing on the relationships between hypertension, genetic variants, and genes.
